Assembly

1.  To use the 19" Home version Fountain, place the Base (8) of the Fountain on a sturdy, level surface.

2.  Place the Basin (7) onto the Base (8) and turn clockwise until the Basin (7) is snug into the Base (8).
Note:  Do not over tighten

3. Level the Fountain by using a level & the Adjustable Feet (11).
Note:  The Fountain must be level in order for the chocolate or fondue substance to properly flow over the tiers.  If the Fountain is not level, the Fountain will still operate but the chocolate or fondue substance will flow to one side or the other.

4.  Place the Cylinder (4) over the four pegs located in the center of the Basin (7).

5.  Slide the Bottom (Larger) Tier (6) over the Cylinder (4) until it comes to a stop and slides into position.

6.  Insert the Auger (5) into the center of the Cylinder (4).  Make sure that the notch in the bottom of the Auger (5) drops over the spindle in the center of the Basin (7) inside the Cylinder (4).  Do this by twisting the Auger (5) until it is properly seated.

7.  Slide the Black Plastic Stabilizer (3) on the top of the Cylinder (4) until it stops in place.

8.  Slide the Top (smaller) Tier (2) over the Stabilizer (3) until it rests in place.

9.  Place the Crown (1) over the Stabilizer (3) until it rests above the Top Tier (2).

PreHeating

1. Preheat the Basin (7) by plugging the Fountain into the electrical outlet and Press the ON/OFF/POWER button (9a).  Note:  The green LED light above the power button should light up.

2.  Press the HEAT button (9c) once and the red light above the low temperature will light up.  Note: As the HEAT button (9c) is pressed repeatedly the temperature will cycle from Low to Medium to High and then turn to Off.

3.  Set your desired temperature.  Preheat the Basin (7) for 5 minutes on Medium or High and then turn down the heat to Low or Medium.  Note:  White and Milk Chocolate will scorch if left sitting at the High temperature.
