Fondue

Heat Settings for 19" Home version Fountain

Milk Chocolate

White Chocolate

Dark Chocolate

Cheese Fondue
Medium/High

4 1/2 cups (36 oz) Nacho Cheese
 
1 1/4 cups (10oz) Water

Start with 1 cup of water and add more as needed.  Microwave Cheese and Water in 1 minute intervals, mixing in between intervals to prevent boiling.  Mix well before adding to Fountain.  Add more water if needed.

BBQ Sauce
Medium/High

6 3/4 cups (54 oz) medium grade
 
1 1/4 cups (10 oz) Water

Fruit Juices including apple and orange juice may be substituted instead of water.

Caramel
Low/Medium

5 cups (48 oz) liquid Caramel
 
1 cup (8oz) Water

Start with 1 cup of water and add more as needed.  Microwave Caramel & Water at 50% power in 1 minute intervals.  Mix well before adding to Fountain.  Over Time, heated Caramel will thicken - add additional water to counteract thickening.

Ranch Dressing

Heat Off

6 cups (48 oz) Lite Ranch Dressing
 
1/4 to 1/2 cups (2-4 oz) Water

Lite Ranch Dressing will require less water.   Use 1/4 to 1/2 water to tin Regular Ranch Dressing.  Note:  Heat is not required.
