1) What events can the Chocolate Fountains be used at?
              The Chocolate Fountain has been used at the following events:  Weddings, Banquets, Proms, Business Luncheons, Corporate Events, Conventions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, or just about any occasion you want to make an impression.
 
2) How many people does a Chocolate Fountain serve?
              Our 35" Chocolate Fountain can serve up to 300 people with 25 pounds of Chocolate & our 27" Chocolate Fountain can serve up to 100 people, but additional chocolate is available for purchase at 5 pounds increments to satisfy an unlimited number of guests.
 
3) How much Chocolate do you provide?
              Our package includes 25 pounds (for the 35" Fountain) and 10 lbs (for the 27" Fountain) of  White, Milk, or Dark Belgium Chocolate.  However, if an event may require more chocolate, we are able to provide additional chocolate in 5 pounds increments at $20.00 per 5lbs.
 
4)  How long is the Chocolate Fountain set up?
              Our package includes the use of the Chocolate Fountain for 2  1/2 hours.  The 2 1/2 hours is the actual run time of the Chocolate Fountain.  Additional time maybe purchased at $25.00 per half hour.  We ask you make arrangements or requests for additional time before your event starts. 
 
5)  What are the most popular dipping items for a Chocolate Fountain?
              You can use Strawberries, Bananas, Rasberries, Marshmallows, Graham crackers, Pretzel Rods, Biscotti, Potato Chips, Cookies, most Fruits imaginable, or anything that goes with chocolate?
 
6)  What Items are not recommended for dipping?
              Anything that will crumble or easily break apart.  For example, crumb cake is not recommended or allowed to be used in the Chocolate Fountain.  These kinds of items will compromise the smooth, flowing stream of Chocolate.
 
7)  Do you provide the items for dipping?
              We have found that many caterers or facilities do not allow outside vendors to provide food items.  The items for dipping may be included in your package or available for you to purchase through the caterer or facility.  We can provide the items of your choice at an additional cost.  The cost is dependent on the items choosen for dipping.  You may request a price list when you order the Chocolate Fountain.
 
8)  Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outside?
             The Chocolate Fountain operates best in a temperature controlled area.  The Chocolate Fountain must be kept at a certain temperature to ensure the integrity of the chocolate, therefore the uncontrollable temperature and weather is not recommended for the outside use of the Chocolate Fountain.
 
 
9)  What are the requirements for Set-up Time, Electrical, Table, and Linens?
             We like to have access to the facility two hours before the arrival of any guests for Set-up of the Chocolate Fountain.  The Chocolate Fountain requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the Chocolate Fountain location.  The facility or yourself will need to provide us with at least one level and sturdy 6 foot table.  We can provide the table linens for the Chocolate Fountain, but you may want to provide linens to coordinate the linens with your colors of your event.  We also provide decorations for the Chocolate Fountain, but you may also supply us with any additional decorations of your choice.
